This policy describes the current Bentley James developer website and The Daily 5 Android app.
This website is a small, static information site. It does not require an account, provide a form, or intentionally collect personal information. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver HTTPS pages, such as an IP address and request metadata.
The app can be played without an account. Puzzle progress, timers, streaks, journal notes, settings, and archive unlock state are stored locally on the device or browser. The current app does not send those items to our server.
The app connects to thedailyfive.ddns.net to retrieve current and archive puzzle content.
The Android app uses Google Mobile Ads for rewarded and banner advertisements. Google may process device, diagnostic, usage, and advertising information to provide, measure, and protect advertising services. See Google’s Privacy Policy for Google’s handling of that information. Where required, the app presents Google consent choices, which can also be revisited from Settings.
The Daily 5 is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under the minimum age required in your country.
